Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi: 1–3 business days

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Panama.pk may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Panama.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
