At Panama.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags and labels are attached.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

  • The item is not damaged by the customer.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Panama.pk reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless received damaged or incorrect).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number along with clear photos of the item.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved under the following circumstances:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment.

  • A damaged or defective item cannot be replaced.

  • An incorrect item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

  • The order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or via bank transfer, where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

The replacement item will be shipped after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
